This is an unusual situation. A client of mine located in Italy has run into a difficult situation. She was living with her parents as she was not able to work, and her parents recently passed leaving her with only her two dogs. She has used up her savings and is worried that her dogs (and she as well) will starve to death. She is applying for help in a program that would provide some income but it will take some months for the process to go through.
